Job Summary: As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming experience for our members, prospective members, and guests. Your primary goal will be to ensure a superior level of service, addressing the needs of our members while maintaining a clean and organized club environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service. Manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls, checking in members, processing new sign-ups, and conducting club tours. Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club. Requirements: Preferred background in customer service. Basic computer skills. A passion for fitness and health. Upbeat and positive attitude. Punctuality and reliability are essential. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with members and coworkers. Strong listening and problem-solving skills. High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
