Provide customers and employees information regarding research requests and to differentiate between researchable and non-researchable shipments. Essential Functions • In an effective and timely manner, provide customers and employees information regarding research requests, match requests, pulls status, insurance status, etc. and to differentiate between researchable and non-researchable shipments. • Effectively use the internet and other resources to research shipments. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High school diploma or GED. Minimum Experience No experience required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Typing proficiency and general knowledge of computers. Ability to effectively use scan, trace, tracking, claims, shipping and inventory systems to research and respond to shipment search inquiries. Good communications (oral and written), human relations and internet skills. Works well under stress and able to organize, prioritize, and process multiple tasks. Job Conditions Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays. Preferred Qualifications: This position is hybrid and domicile in Salt Lake City UT. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Salt Lake City. Candidate must report into office 6 times a month.
