Paid Ads Specialist (APAC)

Binance , a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a Paid Ads Specialist for the APAC region. The role involves building, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit, as well as training junior team members and providing actionable insights to improve ROI and scale campaigns effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on TikTok, Meta, Twitter, and Reddit. Proven track record of driving successful paid social campaigns with measurable ROI. Experience working in agency or in-house digital marketing teams preferred. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and collaborate with team members. Self-starter with ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with ad tech tools, tracking pixels, and campaign management platforms. Knowledge of the APAC market and regional digital advertising landscape is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and analytics.
