We are seeking an experienced Paid Search + YouTube Buyer, to help scale our growth efforts across Google & YouTube, as well as other paid media and reporting functions. Time Zone Expectations | Central Details | Full Time- Exempt Reporting to | Head of Advertising • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital advertising strategies that encompass both paid search,YouTube, and offline channels. • YouTube Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube advertising campaigns, leveraging video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Paid Search Management: Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs. • Budget Allocation: Manage advertising budgets effectively, optimizing spend across paid search and YouTube to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for paid search campaigns. • Reporting & Analysis: work with Advertising + Growth teams to create and maintain reports/analyses scrutinizing success and optimizations in google, youtube, and other marketing campaigns • Paid Media Strategy: Directly assist Head of Advertising in creating, executing, and reporting on ongoing paid media strategy and budget allocation. • Testing & Incrementality: Devise, Implement, and analyze tests within paid media accounts, including 2-cell geo holdouts, A/B tests, and more • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. • Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with the analytics team to generate comprehensive reports on the performance of paid search and YouTube campaigns. • Proven experience in managing paid search campaigns, with a focus on YouTube advertising within an eCommerce setting. • Management experience of google and youtube campaigns exceeding $50k/month in total budget. • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube advertising platforms. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities. • Curiosity & eagerness to understand and own new tools, data, and opportunities • Proven track record of account ownership • Communication skills & experience that match a high-powered remote team • Familiarity with eCommerce analytics tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, preferred. • Love of food and cooking!
