Role Overview

This Entry Level Paralegal role exists to support attorneys and senior paralegals across the full immigration case lifecycle. You will help organize case files, prepare immigration-related documentation, coordinate client communication, and maintain accurate records across multiple legal and CRM platforms.

The role is highly execution-focused and detail-intensive, requiring someone who is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to learn. You’ll work closely with senior legal professionals while operating within a structured training environment designed to help you grow into immigration law operations and case preparation.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates confidently in English, enjoys working with systems and processes, and actively seeks opportunities to improve and learn independently.
