Key experience and skills as Paraplanner: Ambitious: 1+ years as a paraplanner, with the drive to become an experienced member of the team. Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive when creating order, spotting errors, and ensuring nothing gets missed. Process-Minded: A natural problem solver who enjoys building and refining workflows for efficiency. Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions—you see what needs to be done and take the lead.
