Blazer Jobs is hiring full-time Paraprofessionals across Benson, Itasca, and Bloomingdale, Illinois. If you love the idea of supporting students, being a teacher’s right-hand helper, and making every school day count, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide 1:1 and classroom support for students of varying needs
• Help with academics, behavior, and daily routines (yes, you’ll be the go-to problem solver!)
• Keep classrooms running smoothly while cheering students on
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families because teamwork makes the dream work
Schedule & Location:
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | School Hours
• Openings in Benson, Itasca, and Bloomingdale, IL
Requirements (Illinois):
• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Must meet Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) paraprofessional requirements, including one of the following:
• 60 college credit hours, OR
• Associate degree (or higher), OR
• Passing score on the ParaPro Assessment
• Ability to pass background/fingerprint clearance and TB test
• Previous classroom or child-focused experience strongly preferred
