Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper (Remote – Vertically Integrated Entertainment Company)

Mann Robinson Holdings is a vertically integrated entertainment group overseeing multiple companies in film production, distribution, streaming, and technology. We manage several LLCs under one holding company and are building a unified financial system to support rapid expansion. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Accountant / Bookkeeper who understands vertical integration and multi-state tax compliance. You will manage the finances for multiple entities under one holding company, maintain clean QuickBooks files, and help structure intercompany financial systems. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and reconcile multiple QuickBooks Online accounts (multi-LLC environment). • Develop and maintain a unified chart of accounts across all entities. • Handle intercompany transactions, shared expenses, and internal billing between divisions. • Ensure multi-state tax compliance for sales, use, and income taxes. • Categorize and report accurately across COGS, OPEX, and CAPEX. • Track deductible expenses, depreciation, and film-related write-offs. • Prepare monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet) for CEO review. • Communicate directly with leadership on structure, reporting, and tax readiness. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online (multi-entity or multi-LLC). • Proven knowledge of intercompany accounting and vertical integration. • Strong understanding of U.S. federal and multi-state tax law. • Experience in media, entertainment, or production accounting preferred. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to explain financial processes clearly and proactively. Preferred Credentials: • QuickBooks ProAdvisor or CPA certification. • Experience managing multi-state corporate or LLC taxes. • Knowledge of GAAP principles and production tax incentives.
