Part-Time Accounting Assistant (Work from Office)

Responsibilities: Perform bookkeeping of financial transactions on a monthly basis or act as an external verifier for on-site bookkeeping tasks. Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports (if applicable as an accountant). Assist with invoicing, billing, and payroll processing. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies while safeguarding data privacy. Support other accounting-related duties as assigned. Requirements: Proven experience in accounting or a related field. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount Cloud) and Microsoft Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage. Able to independently verify and process accurate financial information. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Qualifications: Holds a relevant accounting certification (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / ACCA). Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage. Job Type: Part-time Pay: RM8.00 - RM12.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: Remote
