Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide detailed information about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership inquiries.
- Schedule appointments by gathering and processing appointment information efficiently.
- Continuously update and expand your knowledge base to stay abreast of the ever-evolving products and services in the automotive industry.
- Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize customer interactions based on their needs and preferences for client review and follow-up.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
