Part-time Communications Associate -Hybrid NYC

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: BaubleBar is looking for a dynamic and self-starting Communications Associate to join their marketing team to assist part-time. The Communications Associate should have a passion for the influencer landscape and social media. Ideal candidates will love research, project execution and thinking outside of the box. WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: • Help place gifting orders for influencers, editors and talent • Researching influencers to add to our lists • Help with execution of various gifting programs: Disney, NFL, Amazon, College, Sugarfix (Target Brand) • Help maintain influencer relationships • Work with our Creative team to submit lookbook assets • Assist with high-touch gifting. i.e. writing notecards, packing orders and USPS drop offs • Send out influencer newsletters WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: • Experience with Shopify, ShopMy and/or NetSuite a big plus • 1-2 years’ experience in Influencer Marketing • You have a pulse on pop culture and social media trends • You are an outgoing, positive person with a can-do attitude and able to work independently • Polished written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR or Marketing • Work onsite at our Manhattan HQ at least one 8 hour day per week/2 remaining days remote during our core working hours of 9:00am-6:00pm EST WHAT WE OFFER: • Starting hourly range for this role is $19.00-24.00.
