We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are currently employed full-time and are looking to take on additional work on the side. The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates to help meet our staffing needs. Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Screening and Evaluation Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit for specific roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Interview Coordination Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams. Provide candidates with relevant information about the role and interview process. Candidate Management Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing prompt feedback and updates. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to work independently and remotely. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries. Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
