Job Summary Part-Time Remote CPA (1099 Contractor, 15 Hours/Week, $40/hour) Our accounting firm is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for a part-time, 1099 contractor position. The position is fully remote with flexible hours, averaging 15 hours per week. Primary Responsibilities: • Review, research, and respond to IRS notices for clients. • Provide guidance and resolution on tax issues as they arise. Qualifications: • Active CPA license • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in tax-related roles • Demonstrated expertise in handling IRS correspondence and resolving tax matters • Experience in the relevant field and geographic area required • Strong written communication and research skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Compensation: $40 per hour This position offers flexible, work-from-home arrangements.
