About the Role: Becoming the Heart of blithequark's Customer Experience
As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences
- Providing a first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone, ensuring that our customers feel heard and valued.
- Proactively identifying patterns or trends within the department to continually improve our processes and enhance the service we provide to our customers, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Continually learning and developing knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in pet health and wellness.
- Embracing additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
Essential Qualifications and Skills: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Strong computer literacy, written, and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and colleagues alike.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar, with a understanding of how to leverage these tools to enhance customer experiences.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- A dedicated workspace at home, free from distractions and interruptions, to ensure that you can focus on delivering the highest level of service to our customers.

- A pet of your own, preferably a cat or dog, with a personal understanding of the importance of providing exceptional care and support to our furry friends!

Work Schedule: Part-time Flexibility
This is a part-time role, with a commitment of 16-20 hours per week, working from 10 am-2 pm daily, Monday to Thursday/Friday. We're flexible and open to discussing your availability to ensure that we find a schedule that works for you.
