Part-Time Finance Manager

We are seeking a Part-Time Finance Manager to join our team and provide financial oversight and operational support. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Financial Liaison: Act as the primary liaison with our QuickBooks team to ensure accurate financial reporting and bookkeeping. • Event Budgeting & Cost Tracking: Support event budget builds, monitor costs, and provide financial insights to ensure profitability. • Accounting & Reconciliation: Oversee the closing of books, consolidation of financial results, and reconciliation of bank statements and select balance sheet accounts. • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Perform and/or supervise AP/AR processes to ensure timely payments and collections. • Vendor & Contractor Management: Maintain and update vendor and contractor profiles within Gusto and Ramp. • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments. • General Finance & Administrative Tasks: Perform other finance-related duties as assigned to support business operations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or bookkeeping. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Gusto, Ramp, and other financial tools. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and payroll processing. • Experience in event finance, sports marketing, or agency settings is a plus. • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
