- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maneuver within the Quality Assurance database and conduct appropriate assessments on what additional information or verification is needed
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to potential customers, verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment
- Accurately document information and non-contact attempts within the Quality Assurance Database
- Properly explain the application process to potential customers
- Transfer calls to appropriate department as needed
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work Full-Time and/or Part-Time
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
- Detail-oriented and ability to accurately document information
- Positive and helpful attitude with customers
- Strong communication skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Knowledge of life and health insurance applications
