I run a hypnotherapy/psychotherapy clinic with an ambitious vision to bring a transformative approach to the mental health space. I'm looking for someone local to Hamilton, ON so we can meet in person once a week.
Think of us as a startup in early growth phase. What we're doing is genuinely innovative, and we're still figuring out the best ways to reach people. We're physically based in Hamilton but also serve clients across Ontario and are looking to expand further.
I'm looking for someone who can help execute marketing campaigns and experiments. Ideally you're tech-savvy, creative, detail-oriented, and self-directed. The budget allows for around 20 hours a month right now, with flexible scheduling around when you actually get the work done.
Part of the role involves keeping an eye on the full sales funnel, including following up with leads by email and phone. This helps us spot where things might be breaking down between awareness and booking.
Some of the areas we've been exploring or want to explore:
- Strategic partnership development and outreach
- Video creation, editing, and graphics
- Social media (TikTok and Instagram)
- Article writing and SEO coordination
- Event planning
- Paid ad campaigns (Facebook and Google)
