Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Math Instructor at Mathnasium of Campbell Los Gatos, your role will be pivotal in delivering our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, or through a hybrid delivery model using the Mathnasium Method^®, terminology, and teaching practices
• Working collaboratively with other team members to provide individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring a cohesive learning experience
• Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, adapting your teaching strategies as needed
• Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential

Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for individuals who are not only passionate about math but also dedicated to making a difference in the lives of their students. To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A strong passion for math and a desire to share this with students
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner

• Exceptional math competency, with a minimum proficiency through Algebra I
• The ability to multitask and manage various ongoing tasks effectively

• Provide work authorization
