Part Time Recruiter (Contract)

What We’re Looking For: We are searching for a Recruiter to help our clients with candidate sourcing and recruitment. Our ideal candidate is someone who approaches each day with a positive attitude, possesses excellent communication skills, thinks creatively to find solutions, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely cares about what they do. In this role we will need someone to: • Partner with our clients to understand current job openings and hiring needs of the organization in a timely manner • Search for and identify qualified candidates through several recruiting and sourcing platforms including databases, job postings, and job boards • Coordinate, schedule and prepare candidates for interviews • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to screen and interview candidates • Correspond with management team to report on interviews and collect feedback for hiring decisions The Details: This is a fully remote, part-time, contract position requiring 10-15 hours per week at a rate of $23.00 per hour.
