Part-Time Recruiter (Caller) ? Raizan Solutions LLC | $14/hr | Remote | Michigan, USA Are you a persuasive, fluent communicator with a knack for engaging candidates? Raizan Solutions LLC is looking for a dynamic Part-Time Recruiter to join our team! Based out of our Troy office, this role offers flexible, remote work with occasional on-site meetings as needed. You?ll work from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, assisting our full-time recruiters by making initial contact with candidates and coordinating essential follow-ups. Reporting to our Team Leader - Recruitment, you?ll play a vital part in our team?s success by managing conversations and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. What You?ll Do: ? Engage with candidates through outbound calls, sharing job details, and gathering essential information ? Support the recruitment team by updating candidate profiles and preparing follow-up schedules ?
