We are seeking a Part-Time Recruiter (with 2+ years of recruiting experience) who is driven, personable, and excited to help grow our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of role-specific requirements. This recruiter will support hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR, while also presenting weekly metrics and insights. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker and self-starter who thrives in building relationships and shaping talent pipelines. The role is part-time to start, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities • Partner effectively with hiring managers and Human Resources. • Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs and role requirements. • Assess talent efficiently and accurately. • Support a smooth hiring process from recruitment through onboarding. • Assist in developing full-cycle hiring strategies and interview criteria. • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and conduct pre-screen interviews. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and maintain a proactive talent pipeline. • Track and present key recruiting metrics weekly to HR. • Manage multiple open roles and meet hiring timelines. • Maintain accurate records in the ATS. • Communicate new hire updates and request system access to ensure Day 1 readiness. Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is a plus but not required. Skills: • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting function. • Charismatic and personable, able to build rapport with candidates and managers. • Competitive, goal-driven mindset. • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication. • Creative with sourcing strategies and problem-solving. • Comfortable improving processes in a small, growing company.
