About the Role In this role, you will lead recruitment strategy, optimize training programs, and support HR operations, ensuring we hire and develop the best talent for key roles such as livestream hosts. You will also play a critical role in fostering smooth collaboration within our global team, managing across time zones and diverse backgrounds. This position requires someone who can build from the ground up?designing hiring strategies, improving host performance through training, and executing operational tasks with precision. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Strategy & Candidate Persona Development ? Develop candidate personas for key roles, particularly livestream hosts, by analyzing historical data, performance metrics, and team needs. ? Create effective job postings and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and proactive outreach. ? Identify the right talent based on skills, faith alignment, and cultural fit to build a strong, values-driven team. 2. Training Program Design & Optimization ? Design and implement training programs to improve the performance and skills of livestream hosts. ? Identify key areas for improvement, structure development plans, and measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback loops. 3. Global Team Collaboration ? Work effectively within an international team, managing communication and coordination across diverse cultural backgrounds and time zones. ? Be willing to work flexible hours, including evening availability for team meetings. 4. Execution & Operations ? Execute operational HR tasks with exceptional attention to detail, including onboarding, performance tracking, and payroll support for part-time and contract team members. ? Ensure processes are streamlined and optimized for efficiency. 5. Communication & Stakeholder Management ? Maintain clear, effective communication with multiple stakeholders across leadership, operations, and recruitment teams. ? Act as a liaison to ensure alignment on hiring strategies, training outcomes, and HR processes. Requirement ? Minimum of 3 years? experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar role. ? Must be based in the United States (West Coast preferred). ? Must be a practicing Christian with deep personal experience and understanding of the Christian faith. ? Experience in the software/IT industry is highly preferred. ? Proven experience in building candidate personas and hiring strategies from scratch using data-driven approaches. ? Experience in designing and implementing training programs with measurable results. ? Strong ability to work with international teams across different time zones, with flexibility for occasional evening meetings. ? Exceptional execution skills with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset. ? Outstanding communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders.
