Job Description Job Description This is a remote position. Clinical Registered Dietitian – Part-Time (100% remote) Company: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC Overview: RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Clinical Registered Dietitian for a flexible part-time, remote role. This position offers the opportunity to work 100% remote with a flexible schedule. Facility Type: Clinical Dietitian Position Details: Schedule: 2-8 hours per week (consultant hours) Work Model: 100% remote Flexibility: Choose your days and hours Compensation: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor Must be licensed in Minnesota Key Responsibilities: Perform nutrition assessments for new admissions and quarterly, or more frequently for high-risk residents Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition education and counseling as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other team members Ensure compliance with applicable regulations Maintain accurate documentation Monitor resident weights to assess nutrition and hydration status Review menus for USDA compliance RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential Current state licensure/certification in Minnesota 1 year of clinical experience (preferred) Strong communication skills Familiarity with state survey processes and electronic charting systems About RD Nutrition Consultants LLC: We are one of the largest Registered Dietitian Nutritionist consulting firms in the U.S., partnering with healthcare facilities nationwide.
