Key Responsibilities - Execute high‑volume outbound calls (approximately 240 calls per 8‑hour shift) using an autodialer, maintaining a target of 30 calls per hour. - Deliver clear, concise, and compliant messaging that clarifies voting instructions, corrects misinformation, and emphasizes management’s commitment to shareholder interests. - Handle inbound and outbound emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses to investor inquiries. - Leave professional voicemails when calls go unanswered, following a scripted framework that reflects arenaflex’s tone and policies. - Document call outcomes in the CRM system, noting any escalation points, follow‑up actions, or feedback from investors. - Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to stay current on regulatory requirements and voting process updates. - Provide actionable insights from call data to help refine communication strategies and improve engagement metrics. - Adhere strictly to the designated work schedule: 6 pm–11 pm EST (Monday‑Thursday) and 12 pm–6 pm EST (Saturday), averaging 26 hours per week. Essential Qualifications - Education: High school diploma or GED required. - Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service, data entry, or related contact‑center experience.
