Job Summary: Part Time Retail Associate As a Part Time Retail Associate at Five Below, you'll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer care and creating memorable experiences for our customers. You'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining store appearance, receiving and storing inventory, and arranging merchandise in a visually appealing way. Key Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer care by establishing personal connections with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. Store Maintenance: Complete maintenance duties within the store premises, such as disposal of waste, sweeping floors, sanitizing restroom facilities, and managing stock storage. Inventory Management: Aid in the process of receiving and storing inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date. Merchandising: Arrange merchandise strategically in the store, ensuring that displays are visually appealing and easy to navigate. Compliance: Comply with all standard practices and regulations in place, including company policies, safety procedures, and health guidelines. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Age: Must be at least 16 years old. Availability: Available to work a minimum of 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
