Part-Time Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Senior Accountant. We will require the candidate to work 20-30 hours per week from November 1, 2024 to January 31, 2025. The role’s core responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close, supporting the financial audit, and setting up our FP&A budgeting tool with the 2025 budget. To be successful as a Part-Time Senior Accountant... you should have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills and be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner. Finance Manager Responsibilities • Primary point of contact with financial auditors • 2025 budgeting process and set up FP&A budgeting tool • Monthly financial reporting and analysis • Day-to-day bookkeeping • Assist in AP and AR process • Manage inhouse and outsourced accountants, as needed • Maintain employee commission records • Research technical accounting matters Finance Manager Requirements • 2+ years of direct experience and total accounting experience of 4+ years • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field • Highly proficient in Excel, Netsuite, Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, and Bill.com • Experience as liaison between company and external audit firm • Experience with AR and AP process • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
