Key Responsibilities: Bringing Our Social Media Presence to Life
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing a social media strategy, and creating engaging content that resonates with our audience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Creating high-quality, engaging content that showcases our brand's personality and values
- Managing our ambassador program and collaborating with influencers and brand advocates
- Driving brand awareness by educating and engaging online communities through social media and content marketing
- Writing compelling copy for ads and social media campaigns that drive results
- Working cross-functionally with our team to support social media advertising efforts on Facebook and Instagram
- Jumping in with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
- Utilizing a range of tools and platforms, including Canva, ClickUp, Later, Shopify, and WordPress, to manage and optimize our social media presence
Requirements: The Skills and Qualities We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A background in PR, digital marketing, or product management, with a proven track record of success in social media management
- Experience with social media marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that drives results
- A creative and innovative approach to content creation and social media marketing
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours depending on workload and business needs
- Residency in the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
