About Braven

Braven is a national nonprofit that prepares promising college students to secure a strong first opportunity after college graduation through a career-accelerating program.

We work with higher education and employer partners to offer a life-changing experience that begins with a semester-long course for college students, followed by support that lasts through graduation.

Together, our ambition is to help rebuild the middle class and revitalize the American Dream.

About the Role

In order to achieve its ambition of serving 80,000-100,000 Fellows over the next decade, Braven is hiring part-time Substitute Leadership Coaches (LCs) to facilitate Braven's Accelerator Learning Labs when there are LC absences. A Substitute LC will lead a two-hour virtual class for a cohort of 5-8 Fellows (college students) using an established curriculum. In this role, you will gain experience in teaching and facilitation while positively impacting the lives of hundreds of college students.

Training will be provided.

This role is on the Volunteer Team within the External Affairs team and reports directly to the Associate Director, Volunteer Operations.
