Position Summary We are seeking a Florida-licensed LCSW or LMHC to join our growing team as an independent contractor for remote, part-time work. The ideal candidate is trauma-informed, experienced in working with clients impacted by abuse, grief, and loss, and has training (or a strong interest in training) in trauma processing modalities such as EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, TF-CBT or similar approaches. Responsibilities · Provide individual teletherapy sessions to clients residing in Florida · Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation · Work with a trauma-informed lens to support clients dealing with abuse, grief, and trauma · Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment plans. · Attend occasional virtual team check-ins and optional peer support meetings Requirements · Active and unrestricted LCSW or LMHC license in the state of Florida · Experience working with trauma, grief, and survivors of abuse · Trauma-informed care approach with sensitivity and compassion · Experience working with diverse populations · Strong communication skills and a reliable internet connection · Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting · Training or interest in evidence-based trauma therapies (e.g., EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, CPT, TF-CBT, Somatic modalities) Preferred Qualifications · Training in at least one trauma processing method · Bilingual in Spanish or another language is a plus Compensation • $50 per client hour • Bi-weekly payment structure (upfront with adjustments for denied insurance claims if applicable) Schedule • Flexible part-time hours • Ideal for clinicians who want autonomy and a balanced caseload To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your clinical background, trauma-related experience, and preferred trauma modalities.
