Part-Time Web & Email Designer

Consumer Focus™ Marketing is searching for a part time Web and Email Designer with experience in front-end development. Consumer Focus Marketing is a unique product-service marketing company that specializes in providing services to the energy industry. The Web Designer will work closely with Consumer Focus Marketing's Digital Marketing Design Manager, Web Developers, and marketing team on a variety of website projects. Requirements · Proficiency of Adobe Software Creative Suite (experience with Xd is a plus) · Proficiency in website design/UX · Comfortable working within WordPress · Comfortable working on responsive and mobile websites (experience using Bootstrap framework is a plus) · Experience with designing within email service platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.) · Experience with HTML and front-end web development · Experience working with current web standards · Must be detail oriented and be able to independently evaluate work for accuracy and adherence to established design and programming criteria · Requires minimum of bachelor’s degree in website design, graphic design, or equivalent experience · Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work as a team. · Excellent organization skills, including file management · Must be able to work with the web team and copy writers to complete projects · Promote good customer relations through a positive, service-oriented attitude, and effective communication Examples of Specific Tasks · Work directly with clients and web team during website design and development · Design mockup of website homepage in Adobe Xd based on client’s communicated needs · Design sitemap in Adobe Illustrator · Test and ensure websites meet design standards at all responsive sizes · Edit HTML and CSS of existing websites in WordPress · Design email marketing campaigns within varying ESPs (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Active Campaign, etc.) · Create website pages and web forms for specific client campaigns (typically in WordPress) · Create and edit images in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator To apply, please provide resume and examples of your web design skills.
