Part-Time YouTube Channel Assistant (with Upload & Optimization Experience) Location: Remote (Philippines) Hours:25hrs/week Pay: Based on experience We’re a content-focused brand interviewing top entrepreneurs and franchise founders. We’re looking for someone who can take our video content and make sure it’s uploaded correctly, optimized for growth, and easy for viewers to find and enjoy. ✅ Your Responsibilities Upload new YouTube videos (we provide edited videos + thumbnails) Write strong, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions Add timestamps (chapters) after reviewing the video Add relevant tags and hashtags Schedule videos for future publishing Assign videos to correct playlists Add end screens and info cards Monitor comments and reply or flag them Track and log basic performance stats weekly (views, CTR, watch time) You Must Have: Experience uploading & optimizing at least 10+ YouTube videos Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails, etc.) Ability to write clean, clear English Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines Very detail-oriented and organized Comfortable watching long-form video content to pull timestamps Bonus Points (Not Required, but a Plus): Experience using tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ Familiar with Canva (for thumbnails or social posts) Know how to repurpose content for Instagram Reels or TikTok Past experience growing or managing a YouTube channel Apply tot his job
