With over 55 years of experience, they manage approximately $22.2 billion in real estate assets on behalf of our global institutional clients. As a Property Accountant, you will perform accounting support functions for commercial properties consisting of office, retail, and garage space. You will report to the Accounting Manager while accepting direction from the Senior Property Accountant. Supporting the budget and reprojection process, including analysis. Arranging and maintaining monthly work papers as described in the standardized work paper model (reconciling monthly bank statements). Maintaining GAAP accrual general ledgers. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.0 minimum GPA. • 1-3 years of Accounting experience. • Basic understanding of general ledger activity, preference with Yardi and Microsoft suite applications ( Excel, Word ) • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas of process improvement opportunities.
