Responsibilities: • Daily bookkeeping of source data in accounting system. • Manage and complete bank reconciliations. • Execute assigned controls in accordance with the Group Internal Control System. • Review of expense documents submitted to Expense Management System for accuracy and completeness. • Communicate with internal and external service providers regarding payments and documentation via chat, email, and shared mailbox management. • Reconciliation of blockchain transactions. • Archive, organize, and label bank ledgers, account statements, and portfolio reports efficiently. • Payments execution and associated processes. • Support the Finance team in preparing weekly management reports. • Support in preparing information to be delivered to auditors. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within financial operations • Complete ad-hoc tasks promptly and provide support to other departments. Job requirements • University or College degree in the field of Accounting and Finance • Accounting and finance experience of minimum of 3 years in a similar role and environment • Good knowledge of IFRS and GAAP • ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA qualifications or ongoing certification would be considered as an advantage • English language - Proficiency • MS Excel / Google Sheets - Proficiency • Proactive and willing to learn Apply Job!  Ready to Apply?
