[PART_TIME Remote] Floor manager/Budtender/Inventory controller

Your contribution will be valued, with a compensation package starting at a competitive salary.   Flynnstoned Roles/necessary skill sets Budtender: Budtenders will be interacting with customers on a regular basis. Ideally they should be a "people person". A background with customer service and POS experience is ideal but not required. Budtenders should be open minded with some knowledge and passion for the industry. Check-in: The check-in person should have basic phone and computer skills. He or she must be alert at all times, as he or she will be the one responsible for checking identification with a scanning device for all customers as they enter. He or she will be answering the phones and answering customer questions as well. Lastly and most important, must be able to identify anything that seems “out of the ordinary”, and must know when we are at capacity and must be in charge on ensuring we are not over capacity. Inventory: Inventory people should be able to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy. He/she will be in charge of ensuring that all product that is ordered in store is given to the customer with total accuracy for both in-store and online orders. Floor Manager: Floor managers must have the ability to lead and direct your team of employees, as well as directing customers and answering any questions they may have with knowledge. He or she will be responsible to ensure daily tasks are completed with total accuracy. He or she will also be responsible for ensuring deliveries are received with total accuracy as well as entering the inventory into the POS system. He or she will also ensure that all transactions are processed daily with total accuracy.
