Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and filing of individual and small business tax returns. Research and analyze tax regulations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Support senior tax professionals in audits, planning, and tax-related projects. Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or virtual meetings, providing accurate and timely support. Maintain accurate and organized client records in compliance with data privacy standards. Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Basic knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and principles. Proficient in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Prior experience in tax preparation or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
