What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive the people strategy for the US region and the Sales org. This role is integral to the business, combining strategic influence with hands-on support. What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with and guide management to align the business unit’s vision, mission, and strategy with a robust people strategy. • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing HR support to employees and managers within the business unit. • Lead global HR initiatives for internationally distributed teams, ensuring consistency and alignment. • Develop and implement strategic talent plans focused on growth, development, employee retention, and engagement. • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee global recruitment efforts. • Manage headcount budgets in collaboration with the business unit head and finance team. • Work closely with the Employee Experience Manager to organize team bonding events and other cultural initiatives. Requirements What You Should Have: • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, leading HR functions for a business unit with 100+ employees, particularly within R&D/Product /Security and hi tech. environments, working in international companies, managing diverse teams • Experience in a global high-tech company, fluent in English, Hebrew advantage • Strong expertise in guiding and consulting management on organizational development. • Proficiency in leveraging metrics and analytics to drive decisions. • Comprehensive knowledge of local and global labor laws. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation. • A “can-do” attitude and the ability to adapt to new trends and challenges.
