Core Information: Location: Remote Company: Workwarp Compensation: a competitive salary Position: Senior Accountant - Bellevue, WA - Remote Opportunity Start Date: Immediate openings available   OVERVIEW: The Senior Accountant will perform complex accounting tasks and high-level analysis for the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complex general ledger reconciliations • Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. • Prepares and records journal entries • Performs duties of a fixed asset accountant including managing all fixed asset entries, depreciation, and reconciliation of fixed assets at month end in compliance with company policy • Prepaid account reconciliations • Bank reconciliations • Ad hoc analyses and reports • Prepare audit documentation and work with third party auditors to complete financial audits • Performs such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time OTHER DUTIES: • This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
