Youâ??ll be responsible for coordinating, collaborating, and managing the forecast, long term financial strategy and operating plans for the Crew Cost areas. Responsibilities Contribute to the strategic long term & operational planning process. Engage and communicate with HR, Air Sea, Technical and Hotel operations. Manage financial forecasts through collaboration with HR, Air/Sea, Technical, Hotel Ops and Accounting. Ensure variance explanations reflect the current business status and story. Provide meaningful information and analysis on ad-hoc inquiries to meet departmental objectives of financial analysis support. Requirements 5+ years Finance/Accounting experience. Advanced Financial Modeling and Excel skills. Ability to prepare and present financial analysis to a non-finance audience. Hyperion Essbase Experience High attention to detail Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
