Pay Product Manager (User-side Product)

Responsibilities Explore opportunities for new payment product development, improvement & optimization based on data, research and user feedbacks Work with engineers and designers to design and implement architecturally sound solutions in an Agile fashion, communicating constantly, iterating quickly and shipping frequently. Support product planning and prioritization of critical initiatives Drive product growth for Binance Pay product. Requirements Minimum 5 years of product management experience – preferable in e-commerce, digital payment or Fintech area Experience in data analysis. Ability to make product recommendations based on data. Extensive market research and analysis capability to ensure product's competitive edge. Conduct regular competitor analysis and identify improvement opportunities. Excellent prioritization framework, ability to rationalize and align with the stakeholders on the scope of the MVP and further product development. Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills.
