Duties: • Support end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy • Supporting the lifecycle of semi-monthly (US) and monthly (Australia, UK and India) payroll processes for circa 90 employees. • Manage processing of payroll data within our payroll systems • Proactively identify and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues, serving as an escalation point for additional inquiries. • Support in processing regular and ad hoc reporting requests. • Assist with new hire onboarding. You will need: • 2+ years experience in payroll and benefits. • Good knowledge or payroll processes, tax regulations and wage + hour laws. • Proficient in payroll software e.g. ADP, Xero and MS Office applications, especially Excel. • Experience working in multiple states or countries advantageous but not essential. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Problem- solving skills and continuous learning mindset.
