This position will be a key member of our dynamic team that manages payroll operations and stock administration. The ideal candidate will develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners as we strive to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll and stock administration processes. We ensure employees financial transactions are seamless, fostering trust and satisfaction. We aim to scale and optimize systems to support the companys growth. In this role, you will work together with the team to manage semi-monthly payroll for a US and international workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with payroll tax regulations. You will administer stock plans, including RSUs and stock options, and respond to employee inquiries. You will support payroll accounting tasks, such as journal entries and reconciliations, contributing to month-end close processes. Collaborate on projects to evaluate and enhance payroll and equity processes, including system implementations and upgrades. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in multi-state and international payroll processing Strong understanding of payroll tax laws across all 50 states and the ability to research when needed Experience with Workday, ADP SmartCompliance, or similar payroll systems Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options, preferred Experience with NetSuite and Morgan Stanley Shareworks, preferred Familiarity with payroll accounting and month-end close processes Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options Benefits: Comprehensive benefit plan including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
