About the Role: The Payroll & Operations Specialist will own payroll administration, benefits/leave administration and support a range of operational People and Finance processes. This role bridges HR, Finance, and Compliance —ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, while also helping scale operational processes that support a high-growth healthcare organization. The position can be fully remote and will report directly to our VP of People.
