Payroll Specialist - REMOTE (PT & FT) – Day & Night Shifts

We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Remote Payroll Specialist to join our team and support the accurate processing of employee payroll. This position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible Day and Night Shifts , making it suitable for candidates who prefer a customized work schedule while working remotely. In this role, you will review timesheets, verify payroll data, calculate earnings and deductions, and ensure timely and error-free payroll submissions. You will also maintain employee records, assist with payroll reports, and address payroll-related questions with professionalism and clarity. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll for employees Review and verify timesheets, hours worked, and pay adjustments Calculate wages, deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and tax withholdings Maintain and update employee payroll records in compliance with company policies Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors Respond to employee inquiries regarding paychecks, taxes, and deductions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll and employee information Assist with additional administrative or finance tasks as needed Remote About the Company: Guggenheim Partners, LLC Apply tot his job
