Pearls of Joy: Email Designer (klaviyo), Headquarters: Los Angeles URL: ☀What We're Looking For☀We're looking someone that lives and breaths email design and understands marketing. Someone that is equally at home setting up campaigns inside Klaviyo as they designing graphics in Photoshop. You're an independent worker that solves problems and wants to experiment with new tactics and strategies. Not only can you design beautiful emails, but you understand what persuades people to take action. Urgency, scarcity and social proof are all things you intuitively weave into your designs and copy. A real bad a** when it comes to email design. Create brand appropriate email graphics Upload designs to Klaviyo Monitor our monthly email calendar and ensure campaigns are published on time Write compelling, effective, and personable email copy that delights users Experiment and bring new ideas for the team to test. Skills that will aide in your success in this role: 2+ years working in B2C email marketing Very strong working knowledge of Klaviyo High level skill with graphic design & photoshop A good understanding of copywriting and persuasion. You know how to use urgency and scarcity to drive sales. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS – you can read, tweak, and adjust what’s going on under the hood of email templates Strong understanding of how other marketing channels contribute to email success and vice versa. Email is definitely your specialty, but you have a basic working knowledge of how content, seo and Paid ads work.
