The Opportunity: People Operations Lead

Cashalo is a fintech platform extending credit and financial services to underserved Filipinos and it's part of the Tilt group. As HR & People Ops Manager, you'll own everything people-related for the Philippine entity: payroll, statutory compliance, benefits, the full employee lifecycle, and the operational seam between a global recruiting team and a smooth candidate experience on the ground.

This is a greenfield opportunity to build a People Ops function from scratch - one that scales through systems and automation, not headcount. The right person is deeply fluent in Philippine labor law, operationally rigorous, and genuinely energized by the challenge of making a global framework work in a local market.
