Role Summary:
We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our lean People team. You’ll be pivotal in defining, driving and supporting core HR processes, from onboarding and employee engagement to compliance and culture-building initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a start up environment and is excited about shaping the employee experience and supporting teams as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Review existing people processes, policies, and tooling; identify gaps and own the end-to-end implementation of improvements where needed
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processes.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records and compliance documentation.
Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and provide timely support.
Track, analyze, and report on people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) to inform decision-making.
Participate in ad-hoc people projects aimed at improving tools, processes, and the overall employee experience.
What we are looking for:
3-5 years of experience in people operations, HR, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment compliance.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Comfort working independently and managing time effectively in a part-time capacity.
Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms and familiarity with remote-first team dynamics.
Prior experience with equity-based compensation models is a plus.
