I’m a business owner with a full plate and zero interest in repetitive tasks. If I can automate it, I will. If I can’t, I’ll delegate it to someone smarter than me. That’s (hopefully) you. I’m looking for ONE person — not a team, not an agency — to help me build and manage automations across BOTH my business and personal life. I don’t need a resume full of buzzwords. I need proof you’ve built clean, efficient systems that keep smart people from wasting time. I’m not here to micromanage. If you need daily check-ins, this won’t work. I move fast, give clear direction, and expect results. You should know when to take initiative, when to ask questions, and when to leave me alone. What you’ll be doing: - Automate workflows using ChatGPT, Zapier, iOS Shortcuts, Notion, etc. - Transcribe/summarize my voicemails (I’ll send them from Notes or Files) - Organize follow-ups and reminders without me asking - Build simple ways to track convos, tasks, and decisions - Set up alerts, summaries, and triggers so I don’t miss anything - Occasionally tell me my system is dumb and fix it Tools you’ll probably touch: - ChatGPT + API - Zapier / Make / Shortcuts / Notion / Apple Notes - Google Calendar, Gmail, Airtable, Slack - Maybe lightweight LLM agents — if you know what that is, good Who I’m *not* looking for: - Agencies, teams, or corporate robots - Someone who needs everything explained 3 ways - Anyone who says “kindly revert back” - People I can’t speak clearly with (language matters) Who I *am* looking for: - A smart, native English-speaking operator who thinks like me - Someone who’s automated life for founders, execs, or ADHD tech types - Someone who loves systems but doesn’t overcomplicate them - Someone who would rather build it once than fix it five times Details: - Starting as project-based → potential long-term retainer if we click - Budget flexible for the right person - If you’ve got proof (Loom, screenshots, case study, etc), I’ll look at it - Bonus points if you use dark mode and hate meetings Apply tot his job
