Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking. Utilize various channels to generate leads, including referrals, industry events, and digital platforms. Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and risk profiles. Provide expert advice on suitable insurance products and coverage options. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points. Collaborate with underwriters to obtain quotes and create customized insurance proposals. Present proposals to clients and address any questions or concerns. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business and insurance needs. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide feedback to the team on emerging opportunities and challenges. Identify cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base. Work collaboratively with other team members to maximize account potential. Effectively navigate the sales process to secure new clients and close deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency. Qualifications: Experience as an Insurance Producer or Sales Representative preferred but not required. Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Results-driven and self-motivated. Strong leadership abilities.
