As a Plant Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant. We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to help us continue delivering superior products. Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the manufacturing plant to ensure optimal production levels. Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with machinery or equipment. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation. Monitor and regulate production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency. Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns that may affect production. Continuously develop and maintain technical knowledge to stay current with industry advancements. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, punctuality, and conduct standards.
