Job Title: Platform Analyst Location: Remote Day Rate: £500-£600 per day (Inside IR35) Duration: 3 months Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Platform Analyst to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing platform performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring our systems align with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to various stakeholders. Key Tasks: - Analyse platform data to measure performance and enhance user experience. - Identify trends within the data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance platform features and functionality. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly as they arise. - Document findings and recommendations in comprehensive reports for stakeholder review. Responsibilities Include: - Managing Linux and Windows Servers – experience in Linux distributions - Implementing security measures across servers - Running applications – using the Centre for Internet Security as the standard - Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure compliance with security standards. - Identify Risks - Monitor system performance and security logs - Troubleshooting and optimise platform security Skills and Experience - Previous experience in Education is essential for this position. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms is essential. - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
